Why Insomnia Keeps Happening

Most people try:

  • Sleep hygiene

  • Supplements

  • Meditation apps

  • Medication

But insomnia is usually driven by:

  • Racing thoughts and overthinking at night

  • Anxiety about not sleeping

  • A nervous system that stays alert

  • Conditioned patterns around sleep

That’s why it becomes chronic.

Real Client Experience

“I was actually able to fall asleep better… I was skeptical, but it worked.”

“It’s been 5 weeks and I’m sleeping through the night waking up feeling great.”
